Booking
How do I book a barber?
On the homepage, you will see verified barbers in your city. Tap a card, choose your service, pick a date and time, and confirm. Your appointment is booked the moment you confirm.
How do I cancel or change my appointment?
Sign in to your client dashboard. Open the Appointments page. Tap the booking you want to change, then tap Cancel. Most cancellations are refunded to your wallet immediately. See Terms for the full cancellation policy.
What if I am running late?
Contact your barber directly through the appointment details page. Most barbers will hold your slot for a few minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be released and treated as a no-show.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
BookAnyBarber accepts credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link by Stripe. You can also use your prepaid wallet balance, or pay cash at the shop when the barber allows it.
How does the wallet work?
Your wallet holds prepaid funds for booking. Loading funds is instant via Stripe. Unused balance stays in your account for next time. Wallet bookings save you the card processing fee on every transaction.
Are there fees?
A small platform fee is added to each booking to keep the service running. Your barber sets the service price. Tips are optional and 100% goes to your barber. Full fee details are shown before you confirm any booking.
How do refunds work?
Wallet-paid bookings are refunded to your wallet immediately on cancellation. Card bookings are authorized but not charged until your appointment is completed, so cancelling before then voids the authorization with no charge. See Terms for complete details.
Account
How do I create an account?
On any booking flow, choose Sign Up. You will need an email and a password. You can save a credit card, load wallet funds, and bookmark your favorite barber from your client dashboard.
How do I save a favorite barber?
Visit any barber profile and tap Save as My Barber. They will appear on your home dashboard for one-tap rebooking. You can change your saved barber any time.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Email bnrcustomerservice@gmail.com from the email tied to your account and request deletion. We process verified deletion requests within 90 days, subject to legal retention requirements outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Trust & Safety
Are barbers verified?
Yes. All barbers on paid plans are verified upon initial signup, and license credentials are confirmed before they appear on the platform. See our Trust & Safety page for details.
How do I report a problem?
If something goes wrong with a booking, payment, or barber, visit our Report page or email bnrcustomerservice@gmail.com. We respond within one business day.
