Return & Refund Policy

BNR is a purchasing agent and marketplace facilitator. We never own, handle, or store products. All returns are coordinated through the original retailer under their policy. BNR manages the process on your behalf — you never contact the retailer directly.

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers returns and refunds for purchases made through the BNR Client Shop on BookAnyBarber. The Client Shop offers three categories of products: Grooming, Grilling, and Chillin'. All products are sourced from third-party retailers (currently Amazon via Zinc API) and fulfilled directly to your delivery address.

This policy does not cover booking cancellations or refunds for barbering services. For booking cancellation terms, see the Terms of Service.

2. How Returns Work

Submit through BNR only. Open the BookAnyBarber app and submit your return request from your order history. Do not contact the retailer directly — returns initiated outside BNR will not be honored and may void your eligibility.

BNR reviews and submits. We verify your request meets eligibility requirements and submit it to the retailer's system within 24 hours of your request.

Retailer decides. The retailer reviews your return under their own return policy. Their decision is final — BNR cannot override a retailer's return denial.

You ship directly back. If approved, a return label will be surfaced in your app. You ship the item back directly to the retailer. BNR never handles the product at any point.

Refund issued to your BNR wallet. Once the retailer confirms receipt, BNR issues a refund credit to your BNR wallet within 3–5 business days.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued as BNR platform credits to your BNR wallet within 3–5 business days of retailer confirmation. Refunds are not issued to original payment methods, debit cards, credit cards, or bank accounts.

BNR's platform facilitation fee, embedded in your original purchase price, is non-refundable once an order has been placed with the retailer, regardless of return outcome.

Credits issued to your BNR wallet may be used for future bookings or Client Shop purchases on the Platform. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and expire 12 months from issuance.

7. BNR Loyalty Credits & Returns

BNR Loyalty Credits may be issued on qualifying purchases after a 30-day hold period, subject to BNR's internal eligibility criteria. Not all purchases qualify. Eligibility is determined by BNR at its sole discretion.

If a return is initiated or completed on a transaction, credits will not be issued for that transaction. Returns do not affect credits already issued on separate, unrelated transactions.

Credits are a discretionary benefit — not a guaranteed right on any transaction. BNR may modify or discontinue the credit program with 30 days notice.

9. FTC Compliance

BNR complies with the FTC INFORM Consumers Act. Every product listing in the BNR Client Shop includes a Report a Problem button. Use it to report any product concern, listing inaccuracy, or suspected issue directly to our support team.

All prices displayed in the Client Shop are the complete final price — no hidden fees are added at or after checkout, in compliance with the FTC Rule on Unfair or Deceptive Fees (effective May 12, 2025).
