Find a barber
Browse verified barbers in your city. Filter by location, rating, or availability. Look for the BQS score — higher means better rated.

Choose a service
Select from the barber's real service menu with prices and durations they have set.

Pick a date and time
Available slots load in real time based on the barber's actual schedule. Taken slots show a waitlist option.

Pay from your wallet
Add funds to your wallet first. Booking charges your wallet instantly. No cash needed at the shop.

How the wallet works
Your wallet holds funds for bookings. Add money via card, bank transfer, Cash App Pay or Amazon Pay. Funds are used when you confirm a booking.
Adding funds
Go to your dashboard and tap Add Funds. Enter any amount ($5 minimum). Funds appear instantly in your wallet balance.
Refunds
Cancel 24+ hours before — full refund to wallet
Cancel within 24 hours — 50% refund to wallet
No-show — no refund, barber keeps full amount

Save your favorite barber
On any barber's booking page tap Save as My Barber. They will appear as your first option on your dashboard for one-tap booking.
My Barber waitlist priority
When a barber is not accepting new clients, only clients who have saved them as My Barber can join their waitlist. This gives loyal clients priority access.

How the waitlist works
Every time slot — even booked ones — has up to 2 waitlist spots. If a cancellation happens you get notified and have 15 minutes to confirm the slot.
Bidding for position
When joining the waitlist you place a bid ($5-$25). Higher bids get position 1. Your bid is only charged if you actually get the slot and confirm it. If you never get the slot your bid is fully refunded.
The 60 minute rule
Waitlist notifications only fire if the appointment is 60+ minutes away. This gives you enough time to actually get there. If a slot opens with less than 60 minutes notice it goes to the next available barber instead.

Is there a fee to use BookAnyBarber?
No. BookAnyBarber is completely free for clients. You only pay for your actual bookings through your wallet.
What is BQS?
BQS is the Barber Quality Score — a rating from 0 to 100 based on booking volume, client retention, reviews and consistency. Higher BQS means a more reliable, in-demand barber.
What does City Exclusive mean?
City Exclusive barbers have locked down their city on the platform. They always appear first in search results and AI recommendations for that city. It means they are the most committed barber in that market.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes. When booking just enter the name of the person getting the cut in the client name field.
What if my barber cancels?
You receive a full refund to your wallet immediately. You can then book another available barber or reschedule.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe — the same technology used by Amazon, Google and Apple. BookAnyBarber never stores your card details.
